Job summary

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Orlando seeks an Assistant Manager to uphold brand standards, train and coach the team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control and labor procedures.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Promote equity, inclusion and belonging in the restaurant.
• Strong communication for performance appraisals and coaching.

Responsibilities

• THE DAY-TO-DAY: Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to shift responsibilities and maintain high food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the RGM in assessing team performance, providing feedback, and addressing employee relations issues.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting and hiring Team Members, driving a culture of equity and belonging.
• Support Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support RGM in facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
