Job summary

KFC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, training and coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong communication skills for conducting performance appraisals and motivating staff.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory and labor management.
• Experience in sourcing, recruiting and hiring Team Members.
• Knowledge of health and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with training, coaching and recognizing the team.
• Oversee operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting and hiring Team Members; promote equity and belonging.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, inventory and labor.
• Review financial reports and act to optimize performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed.
