Zusammenfassung

KFC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team. You will train, coach, and recognize staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while stepping in during the RGM's absence to run daily operations.

You will work a 50-hour week with 40 hours regular pay and 10 hours overtime, balancing fun with growth opportunities as you drive performance and maintain safety and quality across the restaurant.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and reviewing financial reports.
• Lead and train team members with a culture of equity and inclusion.

Aufgaben

• Model KFC Connect Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee team adherence to shift responsibilities and restaurant operations in RGM's absence.
• Provide ongoing feedback, address employee relations issues, and escalate when needed.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring Team Members.
• Participate in cash control, inventory, and labor management as part of Profit & Loss oversight.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
