KFC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. You will manage daily operations in the RGM's absence, lead by example, and focus on training, coaching, and recognizing staff to drive excellence.

You’ll work a 50-hour week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, reflecting a balanced and rewarding work experience.

Formación

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory and analyzing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.

• Take charge in the RGM's absence and oversee daily operations.
