Job summary

KFC Orlando is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring the team to deliver memorable customer experiences.

You'll lead daily operations in the RGM's absence, manage a 50-hour work week with regular pay plus overtime, and drive Profit & Loss actions, food safety, training, and staff development to sustain performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control and labor management.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities for performance reviews and training.
• Adherence to health, safety and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling KFC Connect Success routines.
• Oversee team responsibilities and take charge in the RGM's absence.
• Collaborate with the RGM on performance feedback and issue resolution.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing and hiring Team Members with inclusive practices.
• Support P&L management, inventory, cash control and labor management.
