Job summary

KF is seeking an Assistant Manager at a KFC location in the United States. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, lead by example, train and recognize your team, and ensure brand standards are upheld to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You’ll manage daily operations in the RGM’s absence, drive performance, and contribute to P&L, inventory and labor planning. A 50-hour week with 40 hours at standard pay and 10 hours overtime awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience required.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on team development.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the absence of the RGM.
• Model brand standards and drive exceptional guest experiences.
