Flynn Arby’s in Siloam Springs, AR, is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and drive exceptional guest service. You will partner with the General Manager to lead a team, manage inventory and scheduling, ensure food safety compliance, and pursue sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
