Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its team. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, mentor staff, manage inventory and labor costs, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, handling guest inquiries, and implementing operational improvements while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
