Job summary

Flynn Arby’s, a leading Arby’s franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Arkansas. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, mentor staff, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar Food/Hospitality role, strong leadership, and the ability to drive labor cost controls while delivering excellent guest service. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.
