Responsibilities include training and mentoring staff, managing inventory and labor costs, achieving sales targets, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining a clean, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
