Flynn Arby's is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in Springdale, AR. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, train staff, manage inventory, and control labor costs while upholding food safety standards.

You will lead by example, deliver exceptional guest service, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar Food/Hospitality role
• Lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Understanding of food safety regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
