Flynn Arby’s in Arkansas is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations and train staff to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include inventory management, scheduling, labor cost control, and maintaining food safety standards while leading a team to meet sales targets. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests.
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
