Flynn Arby’s seeks an Assistant Manager to join our hospitality team. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, mentor staff, and optimize inventory while upholding food safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements.
