Circle K Stores Inc. in Spartanburg, SC, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the manager's absence.

The RAM leads and coaches team members, partners with the management team, and maintains Brand and health standards to ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, integrity, and a proactive approach to coaching, scheduling, and operational control.

Qualifications

• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
• Coaches team members on food preparation and production management.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records for the shift.
• Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required.
• In RM absence, completes daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders.
• Ensures a safe environment for team members and guests by following government laws and safety codes.
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics.
