Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team when the Restaurant Manager is away. The RAM will lead and coach team members, partner with management to uphold Circle K standards, and ensure guests leave satisfied.

The role requires full-time availability, a valid driver's license, and a proactive, customer-service mindset to sustain quality, safety, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability during all hours of operation, pre-opening and post-closing as required.
• Excellent communication skills for guest interaction and team coaching.
• Able to motivate, coach, and lead team members to uphold standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coach team members.
• Assign shift duties and follow up to ensure completion.
• Direct team to prepare and serve items per Brand and health regulations.
• Coach staff on food prep and production, and train on new products.
• Ensure product quality, food safety and operational standards.
• Monitor cash, sales and inventory accuracy; complete shift paperwork.
• In RM absence, handle daily/admin duties and communications with supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment by following laws and company policies.
