Job summary

Circle K in Augusta, GA is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise the team in the Restaurant Manager's absence, and help maintain Circle K's brand standards while ensuring guests leave satisfied.

The RAM will coach staff, manage shift duties, oversee cash handling and inventory, uphold food safety, and collaborate with the RM to drive profitability and guest service.

Qualifications

• Full time availability across all hours of operation, including pre-opening and post-closing.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication and team coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in RM absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members to meet brand standards.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health department compliance.
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Coordinate with management on training and new product launches.
