Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager for Store 2727082Q in Longs, SC. The RAM will assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, lead and coach the team, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting interviews, ensuring food safety and quality, and managing cash and inventory. This role requires full-time availability and a strong commitment to Circle K values.

Qualifications

• Full-time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations
• Cascades relevant information to team members and assists with new product training
• Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory control records; completes end-of-shift paperwork
• In RM absence, completes daily, weekly, and end-of-period paperwork and other admin duties
• Guards safety; follows all government laws and safety codes
• Partners with RM to ensure financial and operational metrics are met
