The RAM leads guest service, coaches staff, and ensures food safety, inventory accuracy, and compliance with health regulations. Availability across all hours and pre/post-opening duties are required.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability required during all operating hours and at least 1 hour pre-opening and post-closing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coach the team.
• Conduct interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Ensure food safety and operational standards are met.
• Direct team, assign shift duties, and verify completion.
• Prepare and review reports and assist RM with administrative tasks.
