Job summary

Circle K in Little River, SC seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and lead the team in their absence. You will ensure guest satisfaction, maintain standards, supervise shift members, and collaborate with management to meet financial and service goals.

The role requires full-time availability, strong communication, and the ability to coach, train, and supervise staff while upholding health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Full time position with availability during all hours of operation.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Coaches and corrects team members.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and housekeeping.
• Directs team to ensure compliance with brand, company, and health regulations.
• Cascades information and assists with new product training.
• Manages cash, sales, and inventory records; completes shift paperwork.
• In RM’s absence, handles daily/weekly/end-of-period tasks and administrative duties.
