Job summary

Circle K at Sanford, NC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and coach the team in the RM’s absence. You will lead and develop Restaurant Team Members, partner with management to uphold brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The RAM will supervise shifts, manage cash and inventory records, and assist with administrative duties when needed, while maintaining safe, compliant operations and strong team morale.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and assigns shift duties; follows up on completion.
• Directs team and ensures food items are prepared and served per brand, company, and health regulations.
