Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. The RAM leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with the management team to uphold Circle K operational standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching, shift supervision, food preparation adherence, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards while supporting administrative tasks and records.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations of the restaurant.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members; partner with management to maintain standards.
• Direct shift duties and ensure compliance with Brand, Company, and health dept. regulations.
• Ensure food safety, product quality, and operational standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete shift/end-of-period paperwork and cash counts.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor and support administration duties as needed.
