Job summary

Circle K in Supply, NC seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

You will open and close the store, manage cash and inventories, ensure food safety, and train staff while upholding health department regulations. The role requires full-time availability and a commitment to Circle K values.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Exhibits a sense of urgency and a positive attitude
• Keeps commitments and acts with integrity

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervises the team in their absence
• Leads and coaches Team Members and conducts second interviews for hires
• Ensures food safety and regulatory compliance, and maintains brand standards
• Manages cash, sales, inventory records, and end-of-shift paperwork
• Oversees training, product quality, and campaign materials as needed
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics and drive profitability
