AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team and uphold the highest standards of guest experience, quality, safety, and cleanliness.

You will hire, train and coach the staff, run daily operations with AES Systems, maintain cash controls and inventory, and drive service and financial performance.

Ideal candidates excel in leadership, integrity, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Leadership with ability to coach and develop others.
• Ability to manage restaurant operations and cost control.
• Ability to work in warm/cold temperatures and stand for long periods.
