Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations and deliver flawless guest service.

You will train and mentor staff, manage inventory and labor costs, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
