Flynn Arby’s, the largest Arby’s franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Monticello, Arkansas team. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations and deliver outstanding guest service.

We seek at least 2 years in food/hospitality, leadership ability, strong communication, and a focus on food safety. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
