Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Cabot, AR team and help run a busy Arby’s restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver flawless customer service, manage staff, control inventories, and uphold food safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership and direction to achieve sales targets.
