Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, train and mentor team members, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards.

You will help with scheduling, lead the team to meet sales targets, handle guest inquiries, and maintain a clean, organized environment while implementing operational improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
