Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest service.

The role requires 2+ years in food/hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage inventory and labor costs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in food/hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operation.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage inventory and maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership to achieve sales targets.
