Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership, customer focus, and coaching skills, with familiarity in P&L management and cash/inventory controls. This role offers growth and recognition within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• P&L and cost control familiarity.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to train and coach staff effectively.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to drive high performance across operations, guest satisfaction, and safety.
