Job summary

Burger King is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead restaurant operations at our Plano, IL location. You will train staff, build team capability, and ensure a high-quality guest experience while meeting financial goals.

You will manage training, coaching, scheduling, and on-boarding for new team members, and drive initiatives to improve service speed and overall performance. This role emphasizes teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Evaluates cost controls and adjusts as needed.
• Monitors staffing levels and onboarding for new hires.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs.
