Under the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, create and manage staff schedules, interview, hire and orientate the team, coach staff, and ensure health and safety standards are met. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision making and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment and facility upkeep.
• Maintain health and safety inspections and standards.
