Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) in Staunton, VA is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily operations, ensuring friendly, personalized service and great food in a clean, inviting environment.

We seek a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team as an Assistant Manager. You will support with operations, guest service, and working closely with the District Manager to maintain standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire and train team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; maintain team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Uphold health and safety inspections and standards.
