Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean environment. You will work closely with the District Manager and team to uphold standards and procedures.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a team player and capable of leading a shift in a busy fast-food setting. Training and development opportunities are provided to reach management goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach and develop staff; maintain team relations.
• Ensure food safety, equipment maintenance and facility upkeep.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and drive guest satisfaction.
