Ayvaz Pizza is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the General Manager and team to maintain standards, train staff, and ensure a friendly, efficient dining experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and a strong customer service mindset, with weekend/holiday shifts and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required documents by state/federal law.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and development of staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections meet standards and set a welcoming family environment.
