Job summary

Burger King is expanding in Naperville, IL and seeks an experienced restaurant team supervisor to lead daily operations, mentor staff, and maintain service standards. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage training, and collaborate with the management team to meet financial and quality goals.

You will oversee scheduling, onboarding of new hires, and coaching of crew members, while ensuring HACCP compliance and consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and creates product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedule and on-boards new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
