Dhanani Group Inc. is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Assistant Manager at our Naperville location to lead and coach a fast-paced team.

You will uphold guest satisfaction, monitor operations, and deliver training to new staff while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, cost controls, and ensuring Health/HACCP compliance, with opportunity for growth within a growing Burger King franchise.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders—puts your people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable experiences with guests.
• Administer training for new team members.
• Lead team huddles and motivate the team.
• Coach brand service behaviors and monitor speed of service.
• Ensure restaurant is welcoming, clean and compliant.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Manage cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Oversee inventory and cost controls.
• Plan schedules and onboarding for new hires.
