Job summary

Burger King is hiring in Naperville, Illinois for a supervisory role within our fast-paced restaurant team. You’ll lead, train, and coach staff to deliver high-quality guest experiences and maintain operational standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong guest service skills, and the flexibility to work all shifts. You’ll help manage schedules, onboarding, and cost controls while upholding Burger King standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partners with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC is met.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedules and on-boards new team members.
