Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will set the tone for the crew, supervise operations, and drive financial performance with a focus on service excellence.

Join AES to lead in a fast-paced environment, coach staff, manage cash and inventory, and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve high performance in operations, P&L, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control and workplace safety.
