Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in executing the restaurant plan, driving sales and profits, and delivering excellent Guest and Team service. You will help interview and hire team members, train staff on policies, and coach performance while maintaining a safe and clean dining environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of QSR management experience, strong communication skills, and food safety certification.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
• Microsoft Office and general systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by delivering exceptional Guest service.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring the right Team Members.
• Ensure policy and procedures are followed on shifts.
• Train Team Members on operations and Guest service.
• Provide feedback and coaching to Team Members on performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
