Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to help the General Manager execute the restaurant plan and achieve sales and profit goals. You will support daily operations, assist with hiring, and train Team Members while ensuring excellent Guest service and team engagement.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, enforcing policies, and maintaining a safe, clean, and energetic restaurant environment that reflects our core values of integrity and excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety certified.
• 1–2 years restaurant management experience.
• Microsoft Office and general systems experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support GM in executing the restaurant plan to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the GM.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring Team Members.
• Train Team Members on operations, policies, and guest service.
• Provide feedback and coaching to Team Members on performance.
• Ensure the restaurant is safe, clean, and a fun environment for staff and Guests.
