Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring Team Members and train on policies and Guest service.
• Provide feedback and coaching to Team Members and ensure a safe, clean and fun environment.
