Checkers & Rally’s in Florida is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in driving sales and operating excellence. You will help recruit and train Team Members, monitor procedures, and ensure a safe, energetic dining room for Guests and staff.

The role requires 1–2 years in QSR management, strong communication, and the ability to lead with integrity and urgency in a fast-paced environment. A high-energy, flexible schedule is essential to success in this fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certified.
• 1–2 years restaurant management experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Microsoft Office and systems experience.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communications.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with our fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring Team Members.
• Ensure policy and procedures are followed on shifts.
• Train Team Members on operations, company policies and Guest service.
• Identify and respond to complaints and policy and procedure violations.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to Team Members on their performance.
• Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests.
