Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, drive sales growth, and uphold our standards of excellence in hospitality. You will supervise Team Members, train staff, and assist the General Manager in running operations while ensuring top-quality food, service, and a welcoming guest experience.

You will manage cash, payroll, inventory, and compliance with safety and sanitation policies, while developing and retaining talent.

• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage payroll and inventory within guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders while upholding quality and profitability.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and staff.
• Handle HR issues including disciplinary actions.
• Conduct team meetings and weekly inventories.
• Control payroll to meet labor cost standards.
• Manage inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Support GM in daily operations and decision making.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and security policies are followed.
• Ensure professional appearance and behavior.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
