The role emphasizes staffing, onboarding, payroll control, inventory management, and adherence to safety and sanitation policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory role.
• Ability to oversee shifts, manage payroll, and control costs.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes and performance management.
• Capable of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders to uphold quality, service, and profitability.
