Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and uphold standards of excellence on assigned shifts. You will oversee food service flow, assign tasks, manage cash control, and deliver high-quality food with outstanding hospitality.

You will train team members under the General Manager, support daily operations, and help recruit and retain staff while ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of food service activity on assigned shift and ensure highest standards in quality, service and cleanliness.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and team members.
• Handle HR issues as they arise, including disciplinary write-ups.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss operations and promotions.
