You will mentor Team Members under the General Manager and support overall operations while developing staff.

The role emphasizes high standards of quality, service, and profitability, with responsibilities spanning HR, training, inventories, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders while upholding quality, service and cleanliness with a focus on profitability.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers and ensure smooth operations.
• Handle HR issues as they arise, including disciplinary write-ups and performance conversations.
• Conduct weekly meetings, manage inventories and control payroll to meet labor costs.

• Maintain company standards; ensure sanitation, safety and security policies are followed.
• Assist in running daily operations and support the General Manager.
