Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders, maintaining high quality and hospitality.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and staff.
• Handle HR issues, including disciplinary write-ups.
• Conduct weekly meetings and inventories.
• Control payroll and inventory to meet labor and GAP standards.
• Support General Manager in operational decisions and reporting.
