Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales growth, uphold standards of excellence, and supervise shift operations in a fast-paced environment. You will train Team Members under the General Manager and support overall operations while delivering high-quality food and exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, payroll and inventory control, maintaining compliance with safety and sanitation policies, and achieving cost targets.

• Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and security policies are observed and enforced.
