AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a superior guest experience while upholding high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will work with the General Manager to drive performance across operations, guest satisfaction, and financial results.

The ideal candidate excels in leadership, coaching, and fast-paced environments and will manage P&L aspects and daily restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Stand for 8–10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching as part of duties.

Responsabilités

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfies guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run the restaurant each shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
