Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead a team and deliver a positive guest experience. You will set the tone, uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness, and rely on the team to maintain high standards.

You will guide hiring, training, and coaching, while managing cash, inventory, and restaurant performance. This role reports to the General Manager and focuses on service excellence and financial results.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
• Hire, train & coach the team
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
• Work with the General Manager to achieve high performance in areas such as Operations, Profit and Loss, Guest Satisfaction, Customer Service, Speed of Service, Quality Control, Workplace Safety
